Characteristic:

1. Simplify the technical process, cut down the cost;

2. Remove the dispersive dyes unfixed effectively;

3. Low down the chroma of waste water by damaging the structure of the dyes in the waste water;

4. Generally the PH value of the dye bath would rise automatically to neutral after reduction clearing.

Application ：

cool down the dyeing bath to 70--80℃ after dyeing.

RCO             1%-2%  （according to the depth of dyeing）                 

PH ：            4-4.5   (ethylic acid)

Temperature ：   70-80℃

Time ：          20-30min

Then draining and washing by clean water.

Advice ：

1）Avoid using directly steam to heat product solution.

2）Suggest dilute the product first before adding into cleaning bath.

3）If for dark color, suggest drain the dyeing water firsts, then for RCO cleaning, to get good results.

Transport and storage:

1. 150kg/plastic cask

2. Can be stored for more than one year at room temperature

3. Obey the normal principle of non-hazardous products.

Notes ： 

The product has a certain volatile odor, but it is environmental and non-toxic. The fabric or yarn treated have not residual any odor.
